While most of us think of the pumpkin as raw material to demonstrate our carving skills, this festive gourd averages 5 to 15 pounds, and can serve capably as a weight.
This three-exercise full-body workout works all the major muscle groups, improves posture and mixes fat-burning with a little fun.
Complete this circuit of three exercises for a total of three rounds with 20-second rest periods between each round.
Be sure you are warmed up sufficiently before starting this (or any) workout program.
