FORT COLLINS, Colo.—A former Loveland high school employee accused of having sex with a 16-year-old male student is asking a judge to allow her to see her children.
Courtney Bowles is charged with sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 31-year-old former instructional coach at Mountain View High School asked Judge Stephen Howard Monday to modify an order saying she must stay away from anyone under 18.
Bowles has two young children.
The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports that Howard will consider the request Feb. 8.
Bowles was arrested Jan. 21 by a police officer who says she and the boy were found in a car in a park. She resigned from her job.
