Colorado showed well at this year’s American Cheese Society competition. Fruition Farms took home a first-place medal in the sheep’s-milk category, Longmont’s Haystack Mountain took three medals (one first-place medal and two third-places), and Basalt-based Avalanche Creamery took two medals.
