headlined the 9th Annual Mark Vann Foundation Holiday Benefit Concert at the on Friday. Front man Vince Herman with G.A.T. (formerly of Leftover Salmon), acted as MC for much of the night introducing other musical partners of the benefit including the Bill McKay Band, the Contribution and several others. Herman collaborated with sons Colin and Silus before taking the stage with Great American Taxi. During each band’s performance throughout the night, a painter, tucked away in a dark corner, captured the excitement and energy during the songs by painting the likeness of all of the band’s members.
