, a.k.a. the artist , is facing some harsh criticism from some Rastafarians who — surprise! — don’t believe he is representing their culture correctly.

, Bunny Wailer, former Bob Marley and the Wailers band drummer, said the upcoming Snoop Lion album “Reincarnated,” and a documentary of the same name, are “fraudulent” and is threatening legal action against the Lion man.

Wailer claims Snoop participated in “outright fraudulent use of Rastafari community’s personalities and symbolism.”

Not to mention the the Ethio-Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council (a.k.a. the Rastafari Millennium Council) has sent a long list of demands to Snoop Lion. The document, reportedly obtained by , includes the council telling the rapper “smoking weed and loving Bob Marley and reggae music is not what defines the Rastafari Indigenous Culture.”

The Rastafari Council are seeking retribution of the “financial and moral support” they claim Snoop Lion committed to, as well as a public apology.
