The days of cradling a crumpled, ratty paper schedule around with you as if it were your own child are over — at least at . The annual music showcase has unveiled a new app, where fans can create custom schedules, check out news and follow the social conversation.

This brings the UMS on par app-wise with festivals such as SXSW, Coachella, Bonnaroo and others.

On top of custom schedules, social and news, fans can also find a map of the 20-plus venues, get to know bands through bios, photos and songs, buy passes and check out parking and transportation.

The app is available now on Android devices and will be ready for download soon for iPhones. Head to to download the app and start making your schedule now.
