Noted: AT&T stores in Colorado have a new boss.

On Thursday, AT&T named Nancy Garvey as vice president and general manager of the AT&T Mobility for the Rocky Mountain region. She replaces Jeni Bell, who is now vice president and general manager of AT&T-North America.

Garvey — who previously served a similar role AT&T’s Kansas, Missouri and Southern Illinois region — will oversee 725 retail employees and nearly 500 stores. The St. Louis native will be based at AT&T’s Englewood headquarters.

AT&T employs more than 4,000 people in Colorado and operates a call center in Pueblo. For all operations in the state, Roberta Robinette serves as AT&T’s president for Colorado. The Rocky Mountain region includes Colorado, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho.
