A pedestrian was seriously injured Monday after being struck by a vehicle in the Cherry Creek shopping district during the busy lunch hour.
Police say the collision happened just before 1 p.m. near the intersection of South Steele Street and Ellsworth Avenue.
Further information on the crash, including who police believe was at fault, was not immediately released.
