brought their bizarre costumed punk through Denver’s Summit Music Hall on Sunday night.
Like any costumed Japanese punk band worth their salt, Peelander Z has an amazing backstory.
The band was formed on Planet Peelander, and their primary objective on Earth seems to be pretty straight forward: Have fun.
They carry this out via outrageous costumes (each are color-coded according to their Peelander code name) and uproarious speed metal. Hence the props, crowd-stage invasions, tiger suits, bowling pins and generally delirious photos you’re about to see.
