Two people were transported to hospital with serious injuries early Friday after a rollover crash in downtown Denver.

The single-vehicle crash happened at the intersection of W. Colfax Ave. and Bannock St., near the City & County Building, according to a Denver Police Department tweet shortly before 3:00 a.m.

Investigators said alcohol and speed were suspected factors in the wreck.

It comes as authorities across Colorado this Halloween weekend.
