Tikka masala burritos, deconstructed samosas, “sexy” fries and “naughty” naan. Sound enticing?

These are just a few of the dishes heading to Denver with Indian fast-casual restaurant  franchises being planned in Colorado.

The new 20-unit deal with John Netto and the Netto Family Trust in Colorado and Utah will add to Curry Up Now’s three operating food trucks, six corporate brick-and-mortar locations across San Francisco’s Bay Area, and two Mortar & Pestle cocktail bars in San Jose and San Mateo.

This is the first time the popular West Coast franchise has appeared in the mountain states, according to a press release.

No word yet on where the Colorado sites will be located.
