The Kidz Bop music franchise, which has sold 11 million CDs catering to the 5- to 12-year-old crowd since 2001, is making a stop at Macy’s in Cherry Creek Shopping Center on Saturday. Two of the group’s five performers have local roots and will perform at the store — Rebecca, who is from Englewood, and Harrison, from Superior. They’ll also sign autographs, and the first customers to purchase $35 of children’s apparel will receive the latest CD, “Kidz Bop 18.” The event will be at 2 p.m. in the third-floor children’s department at Macy’s Cherry Creek, 15 S. Steele St. Visit to learn more about the performers, such as their favorite junk food (Harrison, Hostess Sno Balls; Becca, barbecue potato chips).
