ASPEN, Colo.—The Aspen City Council is telling residents of a new three-story building they don’t want to hear any complaints about noise.
The “no complaining” clause was written into a development application for the building that will be near restaurants and other noisy areas.
The Aspen Times reports () the action is mostly symbolic because all residents have a right to complain.
