That’s when the driver of a 2001 Hummer crashed into the state patrol vehicle, agency officials said.
Paramedics took the Hummer driver and the trooper to hospitals with unknown injuries.
The Honda driver fled the traffic stop after the crash and was later stopped again by Fountain police officers, state patrol officials said. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI, failing to yield and driving the wrong way.
