A Jefferson County grand jury is reviewing the investigation into a May fire at an Arvada group home and sent several others to hospitals.
Pam Russell, a spokeswoman for the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office, confirmed Wednesday that the investigation had been referred to grand jurors, though she declined to speak further about the case.

The at the host home at the intersection of Robb Street and Allendale Drive. A 4-year-old girl, 24-year-old Cristina Convington and 39-year-old Tanya Marie Bell .
Authorities have not released the child’s name.
A handful of others were also taken to hospitals following the fire. Officials said the home housed a non-profit that provided food, clothing and emotional and financial support to five adults who lived there.
Details on an investigation into the fire have not been released, including what authorities believe ignited the blaze. Russell did not provide a timeline for when the grand jury would complete its review.
