A suspect has been arrested in a hit-and-run traffic incident in which a pedestrian was killed in Lakewood.
Joy Lynn Manzanares, 50, turned herself into police Wednesday in connection with the death of 60-year-old Christopher Clark, according to a news release.

At about 10:20 p.m. on March 22, Clark, a pedestrian, was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of West Colfax Avenue and Carr Street, police said. Clark was in a crosswalk but investigators believe he was crossing against a red light when struck.
Multiple witnesses told investigators that the driver of a white Toyota extended cab pickup truck had fled the scene eastbound after the collision.
Manzanares was arrested Wednesday, police said, on suspicion of failure to remain at the scene of accident involving death or personal injuries.
